Facilities
As would be expected of a modern and competitive company, great emphasis has been placed on the company’s mechanical equipment, which consists of state-of-the-art machinery. Its shearing machines, washing machines, sergers, steamers, drums, sewing machines and ironing machines all help to maximise production and optimise the production process.
Human Resources
AVANTI’s workforce consists of highly trained and experienced professionals, namely 125 employees specializing in various areas, 4 designers from Italy, France and Russia who exclusively design for AVANTI, and 35 small family workshops, each specializing in a specific field. Together they form AVANTI’s team, which employs all its artistry and unique craftsmanship to create the conditions that will bring excellent results.
