If you choose to pay with PayPal, you can send your payments on-line using a debit or credit card or a bank account. The merchandise will be held for the order to confirm the payment. You will be prompted by the User to send by fax or email a scanned copy of the Banking Transfer within 48 hours of receiving the email that asks for payment.
It is compulsory for the user to send via fax or email a scanned copy of a bank transfer within 48 hours in order to avoid the cancellation of the order. If the fax or the Bank Transfer email is not received within 48 hours of the request, the order will be canceled. The goods will be sent once Avanti Furs has confirmed the payment and the goods are available for shipment.
The payment will be made to order, and if the request does not proceed, the payment will be returned (and not including shipping costs will be paid by the time of cancellation).

15. DELIVERY OF YOUR PURCHASES
Please ensure that the address you enter is correct.
The delivery of your package will be made within three (3) to seven (7) working days.
Place your order before 12pm Monday – Thursday and receive your order within three (3) to seven (7) working days (excludes Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays).
If your order is placed and accepted before 9pm Monday – Thursday, we aim to have your order delivered to your door within three (3) to seven (7) working days. Orders placed after 12pm will take an extra 24 hours to deliver (excludes Weekends and Public/Bank Holidays).
In any case we will send you e-mail with the Estimated Delivery Date.
Working days are Monday to Friday. Orders are shipped from Greece.
You can check the status of your order at any time in the “My Account” and “Order Tracking” after logging in as a member on our website. If, due to particular circumstances, your product is not delivered within fifteen (15) calendar days, you have the option to either continue the market with extended delivery time or to request the cancellation of your order and return the amount of money you paid.
It is preferable to enter a receipt address where someone will be present to receive your order during working hours, such as your workplace. If there is no one authorized to receive and sign for ordering at the place of receipt, you are left in your mailbox a note informing you of incomplete delivery and where you will be able to receive packets. In cases where the parcel will be returned to Avanti Furs because it was not received or an incorrect address declaration shall indemnify the purchase price but not the shipping costs.

Avanti Furs does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise.
All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.
17. REFUNDS AND COMPENSATION POLICY
17.1. GENERAL TERMS
As a member of Avanti Furs you can return the selected products within 20 (twenty) calendar days of receipt , if you change your mind , the product is not the right size , the choice does not meet your expectations or if the product is wrong (Except in the case of products referred to in the term 17.2 below). If you wish to take the product back, visit the web site www.avantifurs.com and after consulting with the “Return Policy”, send your request by completing our online return form in www.avantifurs.com. You must return the product in Avanti Furs without undue delay and in any case within twenty (20) calendar days from the date on which you updated Avanti Furs of your intention to withdraw. If return the product due to withdrawal, you are charged for the direct cost of return.
In each case of product return, you are obliged to deliver in exactly the same condition as received, intact, in excellent condition, sealed, complete and without any damage.
The packaging is that which normally accompanies the products and in excellent condition.

Avanti Furs will attempt to replace and return the product to you. Given the short duration of this tender may not be possible.
